One of a kind pieces for your yard or garden

In addition to gates and arbours we also work by commission to create one of a kind pieces for your yard or garden. These pieces are less functional than our other work and exist to provide a focal or view point.  However, the process of creation is much the same. 

Dieuwertje will meet with you in your home and talk with you about your vision for the garden.  From this visit she will create a wooden piece that is more sculptural. She will go through the same process as she does with her other structures, addressing any challenges in the build and installation.

As with her other work, Dieuwertje's pieces have a simplicity and elegance .  They seem to both contrast with and complement the natural setting.  She creates pieces that are a reflection of both you, your house and your garden.  They are meant to create a moment of pause, to invite you to step into a more contemplative place.
